Returns & Archives
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your piece must be in the exact condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with original tags, and housed in its original DUSKCAST packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our archive team at support@duskcast.com.
Once your return is authorized, please ship the item(s) securely to our quality control center at the following address:

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will strictly not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong piece, so that we can evaluate the issue and restore the integrity of your order.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned to our archive, such as custom-made or personalized engraved jewelry. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific piece.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the piece you desire is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be aware that you are still responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising this right.
Refunds
Please note that original shipping fees, as well as any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon delivery, are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
