At DUSKCAST, we are dedicated to delivering your crafted pieces safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping practices below.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We partner with reliable global carriers to ensure your jewelry reaches you securely. We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Tracked Shipping: $6.99 USD (FREE for all orders over $59.99 USD)

Estimated Delivery: 7 - 12 business days

Includes priority processing, dedicated tracking support, and full coverage in the rare event of a lost or damaged package during transit.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing which are out of our control.
3. International Shipping & Customs We proudly ship worldwide, including to North America and the European Union. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DUSKCAST is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. If you haven't received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@duskcast.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
